Looking at Sony SRS T-55/57? Don't! Get these!

Pros Great sound for price, durable, cable tucks away, speakers lock back securely.
Cons Don't have the volume or bass of more expensive or larger units.
Recommended it? Yes

I own more than a dozen portable/travel speakers, including some fairly expensive units, and these are the best speakers under $75. As a matter of fact, you can often find them for less than $20 (plus S&H) from on-line stores.

Let's compare these to the Sony SRS T55/57 speakers, which... Read full review »

Pros Great sound, small footprint, very portable
Cons When powered, there's a little distortion, plus some hum.
Recommended it? Yes

A couple of months ago, I told my wife that I wanted to use my hard-earned Epinions Income Share check to get something for me, rather than her snatch it up to deposit in our account. She actually agreed, so I said that I wanted to get some surround sound speakers for my computer so that I could... Read full review »

Purchased the X-540 computer speakers from Sam's Club after hearing an older/similar model at my parents house. This model includes 5 speakers (including the bass box). This product is convenient and superb.
