I would like to know why the no shipping fee promotion does not apply to my printer ink? My printer is style 810 and I always recycle the used ones. This doesn't quit seem ethical to exclude certain models. It took me two phone calls to find my printer ink was not included and one referral phone number to (800) 999-3355, that was an adult only number, obviously the wrong number. I'm very happy with the printer on an overall but do find that I use a lot of ink and these replacements are not inexpensive. The program is call "Ink Save".

dell always seems to have great deals, and in this case a bluray burner built in a laptop. at the time i ordered it (december) they were the only company offering the bluray read and write in laptops. it took some time getting here, but it was worth it. i was in no hurry to get it and with new tech. and options, sometimes things dont come together smoothly at first. the laptop arrived with no glitches that i could tell. its a great computer and is designed very well. i couldnt be happier.

Dell's search engine returned 2 possible batteries for the model laptop. One was regular WHr capacity, the other was larger Whr capacity. What I failed to recognize from the description is that the larger capacity is also physically larger size. Also, Dell sent a coupon to me for $15 off from a previous Dell purchase. The coupon has not yet expired, but when I tried several times to redeem it the online order form wouldn't accept it. That really turned me off to ordering directly from Dell, because I could have bought it elsewhere for about $30 less.

The desktop itself and the printer are excellent and I am very happy with my purchase. The only problem is that the printer a v313 doesn't come with a usb cable. When purchasing on line Dell shows an accessory cord of 10ft in length. I did a chat session with Dell support to ask what length comes with the printer and was told a 10ft cord was standard. In fact no cord is the standard. If the chat rep had of said that I would have purchased the cord from Dell instead I had to buy a 6ft cord locally for $35.00 when Dells cord was only $20.00. This is my only complaint, the equipment is perfect.

My main problem is that on the product selection it said: "Free shipping for order > $49.-" When I put the order together shipping handling was ~$12.- and when I placed the order it was $192.- A big difference.
Minor issuer is the modem I ordered at the same time doesn't fit. This is almost resolved, we will see!

Your web site was a major hassle, trying to make sure that a number 8 black cartridge would work. I've been using 5's. I tried four or five times to reestablish a password. Despite advice that one would be emailed to me, one never was, at least to my email account. It finally popped up on the site.
Before I order again, I will check prices with Amazon. I find their site much easier to use.
