Holy Cow... Thats really all I can say... Holy Cow...

Pros Resolution, Scan rate (12ms), Color, Quality, Number of inputs, Price.
Cons 480p looks terrible (component) & USB/MemoryCard functionality is in a bad place.
Recommended it? Yes
The Bottom Line:  Buy it! It is the best display I have ever used. Mine had no dead pixels and has excellent features for the price. Amazing!
This monitor is amazing! I am a gamer and I work with a multi-display setup so I know a thing or two about displays. Before purchasing this LCD panel I had 3 ViewSonic 20.1" (VP2000S) displays. They were fantastic but I longed for a widescreen monitor for the center so I could run a crazy resolutions like 1920x1200. I came across the Dell and read the specs and it sounded impressive so I decided to give it a try. I replaced my center ViewSonic display with this one and 'Oh My God'. You really would not believe how much of a difference you can notice when you have two products sitting side by side. The Dells color is 10x time more vivid then the ViewSonic and not only that but when viewing video and pictures on the Dell display they appear much more smooth like on a CRT. The ViewSonics has a tendency of making pictures look kind of rough and don't have a smooth color palette in comparison. After the initial shock and awe I decided to load up my favorite game "BattleField 2" and give it a try. This is really where the monitor shines, I enabled a widescreen resolution of 1280x960 and the game looked simply amazing, not only that but it was scary smooth with absolutely no ghosting. I highly recommend you try this monitor because it will completely blow your mind. Don't get me wrong about the ViewSonic VP2000S. Its is a fantastic display and to most people that are switching you will be more then impressed with it. Just if you are going to get the viewsonic don't set it next to the Dell otherwise you'll end up in a situation similar to if you drove a Dodge Viper and pulled up next to a Ferarri Enzo. Even though the Dodge Viper is better then ™ of the sports cars you encounter on a daily basis that one encounter with the Enzo will leave you feeling crappy :) Also the display has a USB hub built into it but I'm going to gripe about this because they put the darn thing on the side of the display so in a multi monitor configuration I can't access it. This should have been integrated into the bottom of the display or the base.
