excellent surge protection
The Tripp Lite ISOBAR series is an excellent choice for surge protection for any electronic equipment. I have about 7 or 8 of these, including a couple of this model. They are well-built, and they work. Don't buy a cheap $10 plastic do-nothing "protection" unit -- buy something that works.
