Your @ss is Mine, You Sniping B@stard!
Adam and I have been playing Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon on the Xbox for about a month now. We primarily play LIVE using the Xbox live kit (see my review at: http://www.epinions.com/content_86276083332). The verdict? We love it! Here goes yet another game review though I should say I am going to... Read full review »
2001 Game of the Year (66)
"Who doesn't love Tom Clancy? And who couldn't love his book-based realistic combat games? Combining an in-depth plot with some real-time FPS assures gamers for a unique and successful hit. With last years late release of Ghost Recon, this is a game that should be on the top of everyone?s list."... Read full review »
The New Mecca for Tactical Shooter Fans
Having been drawn well and truly into the tactical-shooter game fold, with Red Storm's excellent Rogue Spear and it's various expansion packs, and with the names "Red Storm", "Ubi Soft" and "Tom Clancy" all appearing on the box for Ghost Recon, I knew it was a game I was going to have to add to my... Game of the Year
This review inspired one of my friends to buy this game, and he has loved it ever since.
Want a fresh new engine from the makers of Rainbow Six and Rogue Spear? Ghost Recon has it. For my birthday, I received Ghost Recon because of my request by the high score of PC Gamer's review. When I...

"This is My Rifle, This is My Gun..."
Tactical shooters took the industry by surprise a few years ago. Rainbow Six, with its realistic weapons, single shot kills, lack of power-ups and health packs, and deadly accurate enemy converted a following that decided real is better. Red Storm? Ghost Recon leaves the secret multinational covert... Read full review »
Game of the Year, again?
Ghost Recon was the PC Game of the Year for many in 2001. For me it is dang close to being the Xbox Game of the Year for 2002. It's that good. Now, I am going to mention some flaws so don't get all upset, I love the game.
Gameplay:
10/10

Another great game from Tom Clancy
I like Ghost Recon. I think that it's another wonderful Tom Clancy game, which is no surprise considering the other games that Clancy has made recently. Ghost Recon is comparable to other Clancy games in every way. It's a lot like Rainbow 6, but it's different enough to keep things interesting... Read full review »
Ghost Recon for Windows PC
Ghost Recon is the latest title to follow in the Rainbow Six games. It is a 3D shooter, but not in the style of Quake or Unreal. With Ghost Recon, you must use stealth and smarts, rather than charge in shooting. If you go into Rambo mode, you won?t last 10 seconds in a firefight. To say that this... Read full review »
"We Have Permission to Blow Things Up."
Are you tired of having an ?SD? added to the name of every weapon you carry? Does general mayhem ensue when you realize that you?ve been assigned to another hostage-rescue mission? Do you sometimes wish that you could detonate that bomb instead of defusing it?
If you answered ?yes? to...

The Original Ghost
The original Ghost Recon is far from your normal tactical shooter. It has a few things that distinguish it from the rest. You have two squads at your command, Alpha and Bravo; each has a squad leader and two additional squad mates. Each squad operates as a unit and cannot be separated into...
