I have always been a big Sony fan.NEVER had problems with any products untill this little beauty.
Got it home hooked it up and it was a great picture as we always expect from Sony. Perhaps there are small bugs that need worked out but our little bug is still tormenting us.We starte have video interuptions about 3 weeks into itwhich is odd because it was doing fine up untill that time. It would go blank and not respond to any commands and sometimes not come on at all untill I pushed a ton of button commands and shook it lose. Then the audio was breaking up and making strange noises. So I called customer support and they are always very helpful and speak English very well, theyctold me they had a software update and sent it out very quickly with very easy instructions. Everything went well no problems. Then everything was working fine again for about 3 weeks again. Now the audio is acting up again and Sony said we have the current update and if it continues to call them back?? That was not very good- shouldn't they have offered a replacement?I just don't understand the 3 weeks to start off was fine and then it went crazy? and the next time the same thing? It either works right from the start or it takes a personal fit after 3 weeks?
