The new Palm m125 is an odd duck, almost the lovechild of the m105 and the m500. It takes some of the best and worst features of each and combines them into a decent but not spectacular device.

Maintaining the basic look and feel of the m10x series including the small screen and the... Read full review »

About 18 months ago, I bought my first PDA, and I did not skimp either. I bought the most powerful Compaq iPaq on the market at the time. It had a beautifully backlit color screen, played mp3s, and was a gadget-lover?s dream. The only problem was, I never used it. In fact, I now have to send it... Read full review »

Palm m125 - nice update but doesn't rise above the competition

Finally, a real update to the m100/m105 line of Palm handhelds... the cute m125 is here. One of my friends decided to update his m105 to something a bit more upscale... but he loved the design of the m100/105 series. Lucky for him that the m125 came out.

I got quite a few chances to size... Read full review »

Palm m125 : A Middle of the Road PDA

byjcare Oct 9, 2001

Pros Good price point, durable, reliable with latest features
Cons No color, wireless, only 8MB.

The Palm m125 sits between the high end m500 and truly gorgeous color m505 and the low-end entry level m100. My personal opinion is that some product manager was chartered with coming up with a set of specs for a $250 Palm m-PDA and employed a Chinese menu approach to features and... Read full review »

When my Dad and I decided that he would buy me a computer as my high school graduation present, I convinced him that I would be saving him money by buying a desktop pc, and then a PDA to keep me "mobile" every day around my campus. I have used the Day-Timer brand organizer for students for 7 years,... Read full review »

Well, a lot has changed since I wrote my review of the Sony PEG-S320 (http://www.epinions.com/content_43962437252) a few months ago. A few months ago I praised the PEG-S320, and I still do ? it?s a great machine. But, in that same review I bashed the Palm m125 for no flash memory and small screen... Read full review »

***4/14/03 UPDATE***
I am sending my m125 in for warranty repair/replacement. I have been having major digitizer problems over the past month or so. Tapping the screen will cause it to register somewhere else, or not respond at all. Graffiti recognition was awful. Writing with NotePad got... Read full review »

Best of both worlds; but at a price.

Pros Functionality of m500 series with sleek looks of the m100 series.
Cons Price too high compared to competitive offerings.

You can understand why the m125 was developed. Most people still love the original palm, but they also want the superior features of the latest m500 series. Palm didn't have to spend too much time thinking about what they need to do. They merged them both. Now, its often debatable whether things... Read full review »

The new Palm m125 is the next step in the "m" series of handhelds. This series includes the entry-level m100 and m105 as well as the upscale m500/505. As it?s name implies, this device is in the middle. There are two main features that differentiate this from the m100/105 series - expansion... Read full review »
