Its a weakling
My wife had this Oreck XL when we met, and she used it for an apartment. 16 months ago we bought a 2 story house, mostly carpeted.We moved it with us and tried cleaning the house with it until we bought a Kirby.

This vacuum rocks. It is easy to handle and move around. It puts less stress on my back and it really picks up tons of cat hair.

Nothing gets by an Oreck except----

I must say I'm quite impressed with this vaccum. First off, it's not too noisy. I have heard more quiet ones, but they aren't nearly as powerful as this beast!
