The NEC ND-3520A DVD+/-R DL is the new generation of DVD and CD burners. Now burn dual layer DVD+R DL, DVD+R, DVD-R, DVD+RW, DVD-RW, CD-R and CR-RW discs. If a DVD-R DL comes available, NEC will have firmware updates from their web site to make this burner a DVD-R DL burner.

Awesome DVD Burner
With all the DVD burning I've been doing over the past year or so, I decided it was time to upgrade the TDK DVD burner that I had. great drive/burner
Have had this drive for a little over a week. Runs fast and silently. I haven't used any other such drive, so I can't compare it to anything else, but I would definitely recommend it all the same.
