If you adept with Win 98 then Home Ed. XP is a breeze!

A pretty darn Rock solid Operating System that is both pretty in design and easy to use!
This is a very pleasing and easy to use and navigate operating system. It comes with all the bells and whistles that you would expect and much more. It has a new look and it has been restructured so that different areas are more easily reached by the user. It is much more powerful than former versions of the Microsoft OS.
This is a perfect operating system for any home user as it adds tremendous functionality and allows any basic home user to achieve what they want. Keeping up with the updates and running anti spyware and virus software will keep it running virtually trouble free.
I have been using this Operating system for 2 years now and have not had any problems with the operating system at all. It handles multimedia and games very well as well as any business software. It also will run a lot of the older software from years back which I thought was very nice.
XP will also work with digital cameras, video recorders, ect.You can also write your files, photo's, music, documents, ect to CD utilizing software contained within the XP operating system. You can talk, speak to and view friends or family.
Imagine making your own movies, yes you can even do that also with Windows XP! This is one versatile Operating system and it seems as though Microsoft doesn't have any want of slowing down either. They keep trekking forward making better and greater things.
This is definately in my opinion one heck of a workhorse that will do whatever you need to get done and more so in an easy to use interface. This os is so easy to use anyone can pick this up in no time flat and it even comes with a beginner tutorial to show you your way around the os and what wonderous things you can do. So go on and give this a try.
