Logitech X-140 Computer Speakers
Pros
Loud for what they are, Bass enhancement.
Cons
It is only 2 speakers, no subwoofer.

These speakers are not too bad.
You can adjust the bass, and although it is only $40, it still thumps.
The volume is good, I don't even have my speakers up half way because they are fairly loud.
You can also hook them up to your mp3 player or headphones, which was the original reason why I bought them in the first place.
To get the most out of the speakers in terms of thumping effect, make sure in WMP11 you have true base enabled. (View, Enhancements, SRS WOW Effect).
Overall: If you want fairly cheap yet reasonably effective speakers for your mp3 player or your computer, these are worth buying.
