Dangerous Machine! Beware!!
My husband bought me this machine for Mothers day. I was excited as it was a step up from my older Krups machine. about 2 months later after only using machine maybe 2 times a week, the black part of the steamer blew off and spayed husband in the face with hot water. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
Similiar expierence as the other reviewer. The frothing arm is poorly designed and Krups will do NOTHING to correct this! Receiving the same lengthly run around as the other reviewer.

Frothing Wand - Design Flaw
The steam wand on this machine has a tendency to come off at high velocity. Into your milk. Which may be between 120 and 160 degrees. The carnage from this event usually means a wall has to be wiped down and clothes have to be changed.
