Good hardware, software so-so

Ouch! Did not work at all on my Dell 8400 with XP.
I bought this from TigerDirect for $30, thinking, "How bad could it be?" When I connected it to my Dell 8400 running Win XP, it allowed me to install the driver (after downloading the latest driver from the KWorld website) but then showed three unidentified devices in the Device...
