For further convenience - especially to users of notebooks, laptops, and handheld devices - the UC100KMA adapter derives its operating power from the Universal Serial Bus itself, so no bulky external power supply is needed. And because it is a USB-compliant device, the UC100KMA supports energy-saving suspend and resume operations.
