Doesn't hold up - not recommended.
The grill works well but the handle if made out of extremely thin Pot metal, essentially a cheap metal alloy that is very soft and porous. It only lasted about 2 weeks out of the box. Beautiful crispy paninis
We have a panini cafe near us that charges $8 a plate... I bought this and it looks great, easy to cook and clean and makes better paninis than the cafe.
