Great for a while...
We were so excited when we got this coffee maker around Christmas time last year and used all these different kinds of beans trying a lot of them out. It was fun while it lasted. Not worth it...
Sadly our excitement lasted only for a few pots. Like the previous writers, the chute gets clogged and there was no remedy, even after cleaning it out thoroughly and spending over an hour and 3 tries of cleaning and brewing....nothing came out of the chute and continually was clogged.

Wow! Would not have believed this!!
Received as Christmas present. Immediately had problem with basket "jumping" out during grind cycle. Two instances where it made major mess on counter and floor. Serious Leakage
While we have not encountered the grinder problems others have encountered, we have had several serious leaks with this coffee maker. Looks Lovely But Disappointing
This is a beautiful machine, and it really has some great features. The built in grinder isn't one of them. I got this for my husband because he's a coffee addict.
