Asustek A7N8X-VM Motherboard - Good Onboard Video but No Overclocking

Pros Good onboard video and sound, features, small form factor, performance

Cons No overclocking options, no SATA, only 3 PCI slots, awkward ATX socket position

Recommended it? Yes

I got the Asustek A7N8X-VM refurbished to replace an, also refurbished, Asustek A7N8X Deluxe. Either I have terrible luck with refurbished motherboards or my power supply, RAM or CPU are the culprit – but I couldn't get either motherboard to work stable.

Pros I can fit an 8X AGP graphics card

Cons I will have to fit an 8X AGP graphics card

I bought an ASUS board because I had found their quality to be above average (based on a CUSL2 I had a while ago).
